- A virtual ticket sent to the customer via text message.
- The customer clicks link in text message to pay the ticket by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- After the ticket is paid, the customer can click the text link to request the vehicle.
- The valet is notified in the app to retrieve the vehicle.
- Customer receives a text message when car is ready.
- When the service is complete, a text message is sent that the ticket is closed.
